Our team consists of our office staff, 6 Supervisors and 55 Carers.
 
A personal note from our Managing Director
 
" Every company will say that they have fantastic staff who are committed to the job they do.
 
I believe that the staff at Crescent Community Care are more than committed to providing care in the community.  The staff have all followed strict training regimes to ensure that they give good quality care at all times.
 
It takes a special person to be a carer as they have a difficult job to do and at the same time have to deal with the every day difficulties that Service Users may have.
 
I am proud to work with a team of fantastic people who bring differing skills to the company.  Our carers are very good at bringing a smile to our Service Users face.  The team work hard to ensure that the Service User's needs are catered for and that they are happy with the service that the Carers give while keeping within the rules and regulations set by the Government.  This is reiterated by all of our Service User's Feedback and comments received from both family members and Social Workers alike"

Marcus Kerridge-McColl Dip BE, FAETC, LIAV (Managing Director)
 
Worked for the National Health Service in Finance and Administration before working for a local Patient Transport Provider.  Joined the Company in 1999.  Current Qualifications include Registered Managers Award, NVQ Assessor, Licentiate of Assessors & Internal Verifiers Association, Diploma in Business Excellence and                     Further Adult Education Teaching Certificate.

Cherry Pearce (Director)
 
Worked for Social Services and gave up to have a family.  Worked for the Company since 1997 in a variety of roles, managing the admin, payroll and staff.  Major role in bringing the up to date computer system into the City.
Currently undertaking Registered Managers Award.

Terri Goulding (Training Manager - Crescent Training)
 
Worked for the Local NHS Trust in Mental Health gaining much experience with Learning Difficulties, Dementia and Mental Health.  Worked for the Company since 2001 as a carer and then came into the training side of the Company.
Current Qualifications include NVQ level 4, A1 Assessors Award and will continue to Registered Managers Award

 Alison Kerridge-McColl ( Care Manager)
 
Joined the Company in 1999 returning to work after having a family.  Has worked many areas including the filing, starting the training library, telephone calls, managing the day to day care queries and making sure everyone in the office has eaten lunch.
Current Qualifications BTEC Diploma in Health & Social Care

                  
 

 

 
                                   Michelle Hawker (Care Manager )
 
                                   Worked part time for many years due to family commitments
                                   and wanted  a caring role.  Mainly dealing with clients and
                                   carers the telephones and day to day queries and the dreaded filing.
 
 
On Call Supervisors are the team that deal with all of the queries out of office hours.  Our team of Polly, Juliette, Frankie, Pauline in Portsmouth  Sara, Lynn, Julie & Jane in the Fareham & Gosport Area and have all worked for the Company for a long time.  They are a great team of people who are availiable to help at any point.
