Crescent Community Care Services Limited is a well established care agency based in Southsea.

We have been providing care to our Service Users for 10 years with specialism in Alzheimers, Dementia, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and Assistance with Personal Care for the Elderly.

We strive to give an excellent service incorporating the wishes and requirements of both the Service User, their families and  other professionals including GP’s, District Nurses, Continence Nurses and others.

We work with Social Services and have a large Service User base having to meet certain criteria set by Social Services.

Our care packages are reviewed regularly to ensure the quality of care, the requirements have not changed and that generally everyone involved is happy with the care provided.

Our main aim is independence and to assist the management of the Service Users care so that they are able to stay as independent as possible.
