All of our staff are trained to the TOPPS Skills for Care Induction Training. This involves each member of staff attending a three day course in basic care procedures and then a further days training in Moving & Handling.

All of our staff then undertake their NVQ in Health and Social Care as we have our own in house City & Guilds Registered Training Centre.

Our in house Training Centre can offer its services to other Domiciliary Agencies, Residential and Nursing Homes.
