All of our carers are trained to the TOPPS Government Induction Training.

This involves each member of staff attending courses on Health & Safety, Moving & Handling, Care Quality, Communication, Role of the Care Worker and Policies & Procedures.

All of our staff will undertake their NVQ Diploma as we have an in house Training Service.
