We are a well established care agency based in Southsea.

We have been providing care to our Service Users since 1996 with specialism in Alzheimers, Dementia, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and Assistance with Personal Care for the Elderly.

About Us

We strive to give an excellent service incorporating the wishes and requirements of both the Service User, their families and other professionals including GP’s, District Nurses, Continence Nurses and others.

We work with Social Services and have a large Service User base having to meet certain criteria set by Social Services.

Our care packages are reviewed regularly to ensure the quality of care, the requirements have not changed and that generally everyone involved is happy with the care provided.

Our main aim is independence and to assist the management of the Service User’s care so that they can stay as independent as possible in their own homes. This is managed by our excellent team.

Crescent Community Care Services Limited has organised Domiciliary Care for some years. We currently provide our service in Southsea and Portsmouth. With the healthcare experiences of our Directors, we have always strived to ensure that the quality of care provided meets the high standards we would expect ourselves.
